Golden Giant Pillow

The Giant Pillows are a perfect example of how strange Habbo furniture could become highly collectible. During Version 7, Habbo introduced oversized pillows that looked almost comically large compared with ordinary room furniture. The idea was simple, but the different colours turned the pillow into an entire collecting family. The Golden Giant Pillow is particularly interesting because its distribution was scattered across different hotels and reward systems. It appeared in catalogue releases, credit-card promotions, competition rewards and event rooms depending on the hotel. For example, it was sold in Germany in December 2005, appeared in a Donnie Santini quest room in Norway, and was later distributed through promotions and competitions in several other hotels. This is one of the things that makes V7 furniture fascinating: the same object could have a completely different story depending on which hotel you played.
